50% Refund: Cancellations made less than 5 days but more than 72 hours before the tour date, with deductions for any purchased tickets or add-ons.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour date.

The cancellation policy applies to all add-ons (e.g., additional tour hours, professional photography services, chocolates, and bubbly).
Modifications to add-ons must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
Changes to Bookings:
Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for changes involving ticketed attractions or add-ons.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate booking information, including contact details.
Appropriate behavior is required during tours. The company reserves the right to refuse service to individuals violating the terms.

All drivers are trained to meet our rigorous standards, and no tour begins without a thorough check of driver performance and vehicle quality.
Worldwide Rides guarantees clean, well-maintained vehicles and professional drivers.
Punctuality is prioritized, but the company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
