2. How can I make a booking?
You can book directly on our website by selecting your preferred tour, choosing any add-ons such as an extra hour or a professional photographer, and completing your payment securely. For special requests or tailored experiences, you can also email or message us on WhatsApp.

3. What are the payment and cancellation options?
Full payment is made at the time of booking.

  • A full refund is offered if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking, provided that no tickets or add-ons have been purchased, and the cancellation is more than five days before the tour date.

  • A half refund is available if you cancel less than five days but more than seventy-two hours before the tour date, minus the cost of any purchased tickets or add-ons.

  • No refund applies to cancellations made less than seventy-two hours before the tour.

4. Are attraction tickets included?
Some tours include entry tickets. Once purchased, these tickets are non-refundable in line with the venue policy.

5. What kind of add-ons can I include?
Popular extras include an additional hour of touring, a professional photographer, a gift box with chocolates, and a bottle of non-alcoholic bubbly.

6. Are your chauffeurs and vehicles licensed?
Yes. WWRides works only with fully licensed Transport for London chauffeur partners. Every driver is trained to meet our company standards for safety, presentation, and customer service.

7. What happens if there are traffic delays?
We always plan routes to reduce waiting time, but delays caused by traffic or weather may occur. In such cases, we make every effort to keep the experience smooth and enjoyable.

Yes. You may request certain vehicle types or comfort options such as bottled water or charging ports. We will confirm availability when you book.
